Shipping Information

• Domestic shipping (South Korea): KRW 3,000; free for orders over KRW 50,000. An additional KRW 5,000 applies to remote areas.

• International shipping: a flat KRW 80,000.

• Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. All deliveries may be delayed due to carrier circumstances.

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges or returns due to a change of mind may be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

• When a return is attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

• Exchanges or returns cannot be accepted after the return request period, or if the product or packaging is damaged or shows signs of use.
